Role Description This is a part-time, remote role focused on Mexican Spanish audio recording.

The Mexican Spanish

Recording contributor will record short voice samples, phrases, and scripted prompts in clear, natural Mexican Spanish using provided guidelines and tools. Day-to-day tasks include following recording instructions, ensuring consistent audio quality, labeling and uploading files correctly, and meeting project deadlines.



The role may also involve reviewing and re-recording clips to meet quality standards and occasionally providing feedback on scripts or pronunciations. Collaboration with project coordinators and adherence to data security and confidentiality requirements are essential.

Qualifications

- Strong native or near-native proficiency in Mexican Spanish, with clear pronunciation and natural speech patterns.
- Access to a quiet recording environment, a reliable computer or mobile device, and a high-quality microphone or headset.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, recording guidelines, and scripting formats accurately.
- Comfort using basic recording software or apps, file-sharing platforms, and online project management tools.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to manage part-time, flexible work schedules and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, including careful review of recordings for clarity, background noise, and correct file labeling.
- Professionalism in handling confidential audio data and adherence to privacy and security standards.
- Previous experience in voice recording, voice-over, dubbing, or linguistic projects is a plus but not required.
