Key Responsibilities:

- Technical support for end users and production areas

- Network troubleshooting: LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DHCP & DNS

- Structured cabling, switches & network infrastructure

- Printer, scanner & barcode reader support

- VoIP / IP phone troubleshooting

- IT support for manufacturing & production lines

- Hardware & software troubleshooting

- Incident resolution and preventive maintenance

- On-site support and vendor coordination

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2–4 years of IT / Network Support experience

- Networking and structured cabling knowledge

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and support critical production issues
