Network Technician

Contract type: B2B (business-to-business contract)

As a Network Technician, you'll install, configure, and maintain network hardware and connectivity solutions across client environments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems on the ground, working with physical infrastructure, and keeping systems running smoothly from the ground up.

You'll work closely with technicians, engineers, and clients to make sure every installation and repair is done right the first time, and you'll gain broad exposure to different network environments along the way.

What You'll Do

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and connectivity solutions
- Perform troubleshooting and testing to resolve incidents and service requests
- Support client environments in line with operational procedures and SLAs
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and configurations
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery




- Perform site visits and on-site support as required
- Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning

What We're Looking For

- Experience or training in network installation and technical support
- Working knowledge of networking hardware and cabling standards
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations as needed
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license, if on-site travel is required

Nice to Have

- Basic certification (CompTIA Network+ or similar)
- Experience with structured cabling and physical network layouts
- Familiarity with common networking vendors (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Aruba)
