What You'll Do

Ensure operational continuity and discipline during shifts by executing the Ops Clock from start to finish. Optimize operational efficiency by monitoring key KPIs and intervening immediately to meet service level goals. Develop and retain the operational team through close leadership and constant feedback.

What We're Looking For

Experience in logistics operations, Last Mile, or distribution centers. Proven leadership and management experience with operational teams. Knowledge of operational KPIs and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
