Technical Inspection Report Specialist

Pay: $12.00–$15.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptional writer with outstanding English communication skills to
transform technical inspection findings into professional, accurate, and client-ready reports.
This is a fully remote position intended for expat and international candidates working outside
the United States.
This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys analytical writing, asks thoughtful questions, and
takes pride in producing polished work.
Unlike traditional report writing positions, you won't simply type what an inspector tells you.
You'll interview inspectors after each inspection, identify missing information, clarify technical
findings, organize complex details, and create comprehensive reports that accurately
communicate the condition of a property and our recommended solutions.
Our reporting process incorporates proprietary AI technology to improve efficiency; however,
the final quality of every report depends on your professional judgment, editing ability, attention
to detail, and critical thinking. Your responsibility is to ensure every report is complete,
technically accurate, easy to understand, and reflects MMPC's high standards before it reaches a
client.
This role will report directly to senior leadership and will play a key role in shaping the future of
MMPC's reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews with pest control inspectors immediately following
inspections.
- Gather complete and accurate information regarding inspection findings, evidence,
contributing conditions, and recommended corrective actions.
- Identify missing information and ask probing follow-up questions to eliminate
inconsistencies and reporting gaps.
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated inspection reports to ensure they are technically
