Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City (100% on-site) Tential is seeking an Access Specialist Level I to support user and contractor access within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on day-to-day identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, role-based provisioning, password support, and access documentation, while following least-privilege security principles.

Responsibilities Provision user accounts during onboarding, including role-based access and secure credential management. Process user offboarding and remove access in accordance with established procedures. Manage approval requests, password resets, and routine access requests.

Apply the principle of least privilege when granting or modifying access. Create and update process documentation as issues, exceptions, or process changes are identified. Provide timely solutions to access-related issues and escalate when appropriate.

Collaborate with team members to support users across multiple time zones. Participate in weekend on-call rotation as required.





Required Qualifications ~1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, service desk, identity/access support, or a related environment. ~ Working understanding of Active Directory and Okta environments. ~ Knowledge of server and PC workstation hardware, software, and security fundamentals. ~ Familiarity with Windows and macOS, including application provisioning and troubleshooting. ~ Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. ~ Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing processes.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, MCSE certification, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience with ticketing or workflow platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira. Familiarity with PowerShell. Familiarity with game-development processes, consoles, or related terminology.
