WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

- CNC Machinery Repair
- Set up and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Verify that the CNC program is properly loaded and correct.

- Machining Center Operation
- Execute CNC programs to machine parts in accordance with technical blueprints.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and precision.

- Measurement and Quality Control
- Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and scales to verify dimensions.
- Detect deviations and adjust parameters as necessary.

- Basic Maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning and check fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.).
- Report equipment failures or abnormal conditions.

- Production Records
- Maintain production logs, tracking cycle times,



conforming parts, and rejected parts.

- Blueprint Interpretation
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, tolerances, surface finishes, and symbols.

THE IDÓNEO CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION
- Experience operating CNC machining centers (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances (GD&T;).
- Basic knowledge of G and M-code programming.
- Mastery of precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.) and their properties.
