This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Organic Growth Manager based in Mexico.

As Organic Growth Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of SEO, AEO, and GEO across a portfolio of three distinct brands.

You’ll build an integrated organic growth strategy that turns search visibility into qualified pipeline and revenue.

The role combines technical SEO, content intelligence, AI-search optimization, authority building, and conversion optimization.

You’ll determine how brands should compete or complement one another across topics, audiences, and search journeys.

Working closely with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Engineering, you’ll turn insights into measurable business outcomes.

You’ll also help define how brands remain visible as traditional search evolves toward AI-generated answers and agentic discovery.

This is a high-ownership, builder-oriented opportunity in a remote-first environment where experimentation and measurable impact are highly valued.

n

Accountabilities

- Own the organic pipeline target across all three brands, building forecasts and reporting on organic-attributed opportunities, demos, and closed-won revenue.
- Develop and execute a portfolio-wide SEO strategy, including keyword and entity mapping, brand ownership, topical overlap, and opportunities to strengthen authority without creating cannibalization.
- Establish roadmaps for site architecture, internal linking, taxonomy, content, domain consolidation, migrations, and redirect strategies.
- Develop vertical-specific organic growth programs for audiences across tours and activities, museums, zoos and aquariums, water parks, family entertainment centers, escape rooms, and other experience-focused businesses.
- Lead AEO and GEO initiatives across AI-powered search and answer platforms, developing ways to measure visibility and influence within emerging search experiences.

- Establish content standards that improve machine readability and citation potential, including structured data, entity consistency, answer-first formatting, and comparison content.
- Monitor how zero-click, AI-generated, and agentic search are changing the customer buying journey and continuously adapt the organic strategy accordingly.
- Build off-site authority by identifying valuable industry associations, publications, review platforms, partner directories, and integration ecosystems.

- Collaborate with PR, Partnerships, and Content to generate authoritative links, mentions, reviews, and third-party visibility.
- Manage presence across review and comparison platforms such as G2, Capterra, and relevant category-specific sites.
- Define technical SEO priorities and work with Engineering and Web teams on crawlability, indexation,

rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data, international SEO, and multi-domain requirements.

- Conduct ongoing technical audits across multiple websites, CMS environments, and codebases, prioritizing issues based on their potential revenue impact.
- Lead SEO risk management during migrations, domain changes, subfolder changes, and broader brand-architecture initiatives.
- Provide Content teams with actionable keyword, entity, intent, and audience insights to guide content creation and optimization.

- Audit and optimize existing content through consolidation, refreshes, redirects, and retirement where appropriate.
- Partner with Web and Lifecycle teams to improve landing pages, offers, forms, and conversion paths so increased organic visibility translates into qualified demand.
- Evaluate and implement scalable programmatic or template-driven SEO opportunities across verticals, geographies, use cases, and integrations.

- Act as the internal organic growth expert, educating Marketing, Product, and leadership on evolving search trends and their implications for go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

- 4–7 years of professional experience in SEO or organic growth, with meaningful experience in B2B SaaS or another considered-purchase, multi-touch business environment.
- Strong revenue-oriented mindset, with experience being accountable for pipeline, building forecasts, and connecting organic activity to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of AEO and GEO, including practical experience testing how brands appear in AI-generated answers and the ability to distinguish sustainable strategies from short-term tactics.
- Strong technical SEO capabilities, including the ability to independently diagnose crawlability, indexation, rendering, and site-architecture issues.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and collaborate confidently with engineering and web development teams.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or equivalent analytics and reporting platforms.
- Ability to build attribution views, identify data quality issues, and assess the potential business impact of organic growth initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs and/or Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.

- Familiarity with AI visibility tracking platforms such as Profound, Peec,

or similar tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, incomplete data, multiple brands, evolving business priorities, and rapidly changing search technology.
- Experience with multi-brand, multi-domain, or post-acquisition SEO is a strong plus.

- Experience with programmatic or template-driven SEO at scale, particularly large directory-style websites, is valuable.
- Background in travel, tourism, attractions, hospitality technology, or another operator-focused vertical SaaS environment is advantageous.
- Experience with local or multi-location SEO, Knowledge Graph optimization, or entity-focused SEO is a plus.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits:

- Remote-first working environment with flexibility to work from Mexico.
- High-impact role with ownership of organic growth strategy across multiple brands and customer segments.
- Opportunity to directly influence organic-sourced pipeline, qualified demand, and revenue.
- Broad scope spanning SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search, content strategy, technical optimization, authority building, and CRO.

- Opportunity to shape organic growth strategy in a rapidly evolving AI-search landscape.
- Close collaboration with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Engineering, Web, PR, and Partnerships teams.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in a builder-oriented role with significant opportunity to establish new processes and strategies.

- Inclusive and collaborative culture that values customer obsession, purposeful collaboration, continuous improvement, and ambitious execution.
- Opportunity to work within a integral organization serving thousands of businesses across the experiences and attractions industry.
- Commitment to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process for candidates with disabilities.
