Opshift | Mexico | Remote | Part-Time

Opshift is a growing startup providing outsourcing and operational support solutions to companies in the U.S. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative in Mexico to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis.

This is an opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Compensation

- $1,000 USD commission for every client successfully closed
- Commission-based — no salary cap
- Part-time position
- Remote
- Opportunity to grow with a startup and take on additional responsibilities as the company scales

Schedule

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Central Time (Monterrey, Mexico)

Approximately 25 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential U.S. clients
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Introduce Opshift’s services to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Work toward monthly client acquisition targets

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in cold calling and B2B sales




- Strong spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Results-oriented and highly motivated by commission
- Reliable and able to consistently work the agreed schedule
- Experience selling services, outsourcing, staffing, SaaS, or B2B solutions is a plus
