The Procurement Analyst is a key part of the General Procurement Office (GPO) group which provides worldwide support on the objectives of the Category Managers/Leaders around: Cost Management, Category Strategy, Localization and/or Best Cost Countries Sourcing, Risk mitigation, Plant support and Supplier Performance Management.

Role Responsibilities

Cost Management: Support updating pricing of items in system.

Category Strategy:



Support Commodity Manager to achieve saving goal according to their strategy.

Quality Certificates Management: Maintain vendor quality certifications updated in system.

Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and supply chain reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance or a related field.

+6 months experience in Procurement area (internship experience is valid)

Fluent/Advanced English is a must.

Strong Competency Level in Microsoft Excel, Oracle (preferable)

Soft Skills: Teamwork, Honesty, Responsibility, Organized
