QA Engineer (Salesforce)

About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, customer-facing portals, and mobile experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases while utilizing modern testing methodologies, including AI-assisted tools, to improve efficiency and test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios.

✅ Document test evidence, defects, and testing results clearly and effectively.

✅ Perform testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.

✅ Validate customer-facing portals, including permissions, branding, and functionality.

✅ Conduct functional, usability, and responsive testing on mobile devices and emulators.

✅ Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.





✅ Leverage AI tools and LLM-based capabilities to accelerate test creation, improve documentation, and enhance test coverage.

✅ Support integration testing and end-to-end validation activities.

Required Qualifications

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance.

✔️ At least 2 years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.

✔️ Experience testing external portals and user-facing applications.

✔️ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔️ Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud testing.

⭐ Experience using Jira and Zephyr.

⭐ Integration testing experience.

⭐ Experience testing document generation tools such as Conga Composer or Nintex Drawloop.

⭐ Experience testing web or mobile applications on iOS and Android devices.

⭐ QA Automation experience.

⭐ AccelQ Certification (highly preferred).

⭐ Experience using AI-assisted testing tools, self-healing automation frameworks, or AI-generated test scenarios.

⭐ Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or other enterprise work order management platforms.
