The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring quality tools, controls, methods,
and problem-solving approaches to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements. The role focuses on composite manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and robust quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.

Aerospace Composites Expertise
Ensure process robustness and product conformance for composite materials (prepreg, honeycomb, core materials, adhesives, resins).
Verify compliance with process specifications, curing cycles, environmental controls, and traceability requirements.
Support validation and qualification of composite processes and special processes.
Audits & Compliance
Prepare and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Ensure effective management of documentation, procedures, and quality records.
Lead internal audits and promote standardization and best practices.
Candidate skills & requirements
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of AS9100, aerospace quality requirements, and customer standards.
Hands-on experience with quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
