Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities for W KOREA’s MICE and cultural projects. This internship is a hybrid role based in México, Mexico, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, preparing sales materials and presentations, updating customer and prospect databases, and supporting outreach to partners and clients.

The intern will help coordinate marketing campaigns, contribute to social media and digital content, and assist in organizing training or promotional events.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to track performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer Service and client support skills to assist partners, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Foundational Sales skills, with interest in prospecting, lead follow-up, and supporting sales proposals.
- Ability to assist with Training activities and basic Sales Management support, such as organizing sessions and tracking outcomes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with social media or digital marketing platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
