Salesforce Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives and help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to drive seamless user experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

✅ Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Support release management activities, including UAT validation, post-release testing,



and release documentation.

✅ Create current-state and future-state process maps to identify improvement opportunities.

✅ Review and manage ServiceNow tickets while ensuring compliance with established SLAs.

✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery activities.

Required Qualifications

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

✔️ Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

✔️ Strong experience leading requirements gathering sessions and creating detailed business documentation.

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, with flexibility to support planned evening releases.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

⭐ Experience using Jira, Google Workspace, and Lucidchart.

⭐ Salesforce certifications are a plus.
