- Testing & UAT Coordinator
- Remote in LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica)
- Hourly Rate: $15-$17/hr
- Contract 9 Month with Opportunity for extensions

Job Objective:

Plan, coordinate and supervise all testing activities of the SAP project, ensuring that the solution meets the functional, technical and business requirements before going into production, minimizing the operational burden on SMEs and key users.

Main responsibilities:

Test strategy and planning

- Define the project's testing strategy.
- Develop the master test plan.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT and Cutover schedules Testing .
- Define entry and exit criteria for each test cycle.

Functional test management
- Coordinate the preparation of test cases and scenarios.
- end-to-end process coverage .
- Ensure timely participation from business and IT.
- Manage environments and data required for testing.

Defect management
- Record and classify defects.
- Follow up on the correction of incidents.
- Coordinate retesting and regression.
- Generate quality metrics and indicators.

UAT Coordination
- Organize testing sessions with end users.
- Consolidate test results by country or area.
- Obtain approvals and sign-offs .
- Escalate risks related to the acceptance of the solution.





Reporting and governance
- Report testing progress to the PMO and Steering Committee .
- Maintain quality dashboards .
- Identify risks and dependencies.
- readiness criteria for Go -Live.

Required experience

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Testing , QA or ERP Testing .
- Participation in at least 2 or 3 ERP implementations.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies:
- SIT ( System) Integration Testing )
- UAT ( User) Acceptance Testing )
- End-to-End Testing
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and business users.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
