We are seeking a

Senior Accountant to join our growing

Managed Accounting Services team! In this role, you will act as a seamless extension of our clients' teams, owning the month-end close process, reviewing transactional work, and serving as a primary point of contact for client personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Month-End Close Leadership:

Execute and own the complete month-end close cycle for assigned clients, including journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis.

- Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement packages (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reporting packages.

- Quality Assurance &
- Coaching:

Review transactional work performed by associate accountants (AP, AR, and reconciliations) and provide timely coaching and feedback.

- Client Advisory &

- Communication:

Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, communicating proactively on deliverables, open items, and deadlines.

- Compliance &

- Support:

Prepare audit, tax, and compliance support schedules and support cash management or budgeting activities as engagement scope requires.

Candidate Requirements

- Location:

Must be residing in

Monterrey, Reciente León, Mexico

(or surrounding metropolitan area).

- Education:





Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience:

2–5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior experience in Public Accounting, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or multi-entity accounting is strongly preferred.

- Accounting Standards:

Solid knowledge and practical application of

U.S. GAAP principles and full-cycle accounting through financial statement preparation.

- Software Stack:

Proficiency in

QuickBooks Online and/or

Sage Intacct

, alongside strong

MS Excel skills.

Experience with

Bill.com or property management software (Yardi is a plus).

- Language Skills:

Advanced written and verbal

English fluency (B2+/C1)

required for daily direct interaction with U.S. client stakeholders.

- Workstyle:

Strong ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
