- Lead the design, validation, and implementation of IT infrastructure and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Coordinate projects involving CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm systems, and building automation technologies.
- Manage the integration of smart building technologies to ensure operational efficiency and system connectivity.
- Monitor project progress, technical deliverables, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems, Smart Buildings, or Special Systems projects.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, GPON, structured cabling, automation, and security systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
