In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead cross‑functional teams to plan and execute new product introductions and manufacturing process transfers.
- Define, monitor, and manage project milestones, technical requirements, and deliverables aligned with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, proactively identify risks, and partner with functional leaders to implement mitigation plans.
- Communicate project progress, performance, and key insights to plant and extended leadership teams.
- Analyze technical and operational challenges, develop data‑driven solutions, and document process or material changes.
- Ensure all project activities comply with quality management systems, environmental, health, and safety standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects such as product launches, process transfers, or large operational initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and non‑technical information in English.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple priorities and make informed, data‑based decisions.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience using continuous improvement or structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, or component fabrication.
- Familiarity with quality, safety, or operational standards within a regulated environment.
- Experience using project management or engineering software tools.
