What you'll be doing

- Support daily activities and initiatives within the department.
- Participate in process improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in Kaizen events by contributing to planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Support projects from initiation through completion under defined guidance and supervision.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of improvement opportunities across different business processes and functional areas.
- Assist in defining short, medium, and long-term action plans to achieve project objectives.
- Support operational teams in the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Promote and support the Quality Management System by helping monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of organizational processes and procedures.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
