Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including role intake with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data in HR systems, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. This position also collaborates with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, improve hiring practices, and support continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting activities, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Experience with hiring processes,



collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely, high-quality placements.
- Strong interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives, promoting the organization to attract and retain top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal partners.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and basic HR analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
- Knowledge of local labor market and employment practices in Monterrey and NLE; experience in manufacturing or design industries is a plus.
