Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions. Responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

• Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.

• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.

• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.

• Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.

• Manage project issues,



escalations, and change requests.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of Project Management experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.

• Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services engagements.

• Should be working at onsite client place for 4 days a week

• Strong understanding of Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.

• Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications preferred.
