optimus steel is looking for a finance trainee who is interested in strengthening their financial knowledge and gaining professional experience in the united states.
requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in finance, financial administration, economics, accounting , or a related field.
- additional education or training in corporate finance, financial markets, investments, or financial analysis is preferred.
- maximum 3 years of experience in finance-related areas.
- fluent conversational english – required.
- willingness to relocate temporarily to the united states (j-1 visa).
responsibilities:
- analyze operating costs, consumption, efficiency, and variances within the production process.
- support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and budget vs. Vigente analysis .
- monitor financial and operational kpis ,
identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities.
- analyze the relationship between operations and financial results , including impacts on the p&l;, balance sheet, and cash flow .
- support the automation and optimization of financial reports to facilitate decision-making.
you will have the opportunity to develop your professional experience in the united states , working closely with finance and operations teams.
