position overview

we are seeking an experienced project manager to lead client-facing professional services engagements for capital markets front office solutions .

the project manager will be responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial objectives.

key responsibilities

- lead end-to-end delivery of capital markets software implementation projects .
- manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources .
- act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders .
- coordinate functional, technical, qa, and support teams .
- drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
- support uat, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
- track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
- manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.

required skills & experience

- 8–10 years of project management experience within financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
- hands-on experience delivering professional services engagements .
- strong experience working onsite at client locations ,



with availability to work 3–4 days per week from the office .
- strong understanding of front office trading environments and trade lifecycle .
- strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- excellent communication, leadership, and project governance capabilities.
- experience managing complex implementation, integration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- pmp, prince2, scrum, or agile certification is preferred.

experience with one or more of the following capital markets platforms is preferred:

- front arena
- murex
- calypso

- based in or able to work onsite in mexico city, mexico , 3–4 days per week.
