tential is seeking an access specialist level i to support user and contractor access within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on day-to-day identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, role-based provisioning, password support, and access documentation, while following least-privilege security principles.

responsibilities

- provision user accounts during onboarding, including role-based access and secure credential management.
- process user offboarding and remove access in accordance with established procedures.
- manage approval requests, password resets, and routine access requests.
- apply the principle of least privilege when granting or modifying access.
- create and update process documentation as issues, exceptions, or process changes are identified.
- provide timely solutions to access-related issues and escalate when appropriate.
- collaborate with team members to support users across multiple time zones.
- participate in weekend on-call rotation as required.





required qualifications

- 1-2 years of professional experience in it support, service desk, identity/access support, or a related environment.
- working understanding of active directory and okta environments.
- knowledge of server and pc workstation hardware, software, and security fundamentals.
- familiarity with windows and macos, including application provisioning and troubleshooting.
- strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing processes.

preferred qualifications

- bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, mcse certification, or equivalent professional experience.
- experience with ticketing or workflow platforms such as servicenow or jira.
- familiarity with powershell.
- familiarity with game-development processes, consoles, or related terminology.
