Job description Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Service Now Developer

JHands-on experience with the Service Now SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).

Proficiency in Service Now Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side Java Script modules and third-party libraries.

Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.

Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications

Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in Service Now

Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone, upgrades in Service Now

Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications

Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, Java Script and any web-based development tools

Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration

Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s

A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management

Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in Service Now

Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline.

Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in Service Now.

Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.

Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.

Create and maintain system design and operations documentation

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
