To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara, North. Reporting to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Management, the Supply Chain Manager role will be responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management.

Checks materials related to data research.

Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.

Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.

BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience

Solid experience in supply chain management and operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory control,



demand and materials planning, purchasing, materials management, material flow, customer requirements, manufacturing support, logistics, and operational execution.

Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally across multiple geographic regions and business levels.
Candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office applications.
