Job Objective

Ensuring that the agreed production targets in the area of responsibility are met in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, service and cooperation (Q-C-D-S-C) as well as health & safety and environment protection, taking the relevant legal and company regulations into consideration. Managing employees and controlling the production process while using different manufacturing techniques and processes for the operating equipment, as well as carrying out and initiating quality/improvement measures within the area of responsibility.
