We are looking for a Country Finance Leader to lead the Finance function across all business units in 2 countries and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team in both countries.

This role owns end-to-end financial stewardship, drives data-driven decision-making, and plays a critical role in positioning Mexico as a scalable, profitable growth engine for the enterprise.

What you will do

Lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management for all businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong governance.

Own country and LOB-level P&L;, including revenue, margin, SG&A;, working capital, and capital allocation.

Partner with Commercial leaders to drive growth, pricing optimization, margin management, and customer profitability.

Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.

Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic, commercial, and operational decisions.





Drive cost discipline while protecting growth-enabling investments.

Lead financial integration for M&A; activities and support inorganic growth initiatives.

Transform the finance operating model to increase agility, scalability, and automation.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Finance team in Mexico.

What we’re looking for

Senior Finance leader with strong experience in FP&A;, P&L; management, and business partnering.

Proven background supporting commercial growth, pricing, and profitability decisions.

Experience working in complex, multi-LOB or B2B environments.

Experience with ERP systems and data-driven finance environments.

M&A; and post-merger integration experience is a plus.
