We're looking for someone who can: Own the full finance function across two businesses

Lead budgeting, forecasting & FP&A;
Drive cash flow, treasury & working capital
Strengthen controls, reporting & governance
Partner with GMs on profitability and business decisions
Identify risks before they become problems
Build processes and systems that can scale
Lead and develop a finance team
The profile we're looking for:
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accountant), duly graduated and licensed, Postgraduate degree in Finance is highly preferred
~8-10 years of progressive finance experience
~5+ years in Finance Manager / Financial Controller / senior finance leadership
~ Strong IFRS + Mexican/local GAAP knowledge
~ FP&A;, budgeting & forecasting experience
~ Treasury, taxation,



audit & internal controls
~ Strong Excel + ERP experience
~ Excellent financial analysis & modeling
~ Fluent English + Spanish
~ Commercial mindset and strong executive communication

~ Available to travel
