The Senior Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable data pipelines while also performing data analysis to support business decision-making.
This role bridges engineering and analytics, ensuring that high-quality, accurate, and accessible data is available across the organization.
The position works closely with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable data solutions, reporting, and actionable insights.Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Databricks and related toolsBuild and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support reporting and business KPIsEnsure data quality, governance, traceability, and integrity through monitoring and validation processesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver data-driven insights and solutionsREQUIREMENTSWhat do you need to have?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar roleHands‐on experience with Databricks, including data pipelines, SQL, Delta Lake,



and notebooksStrong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation, transformation, and analysisExperience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data quality/governance practicesExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersEnglish proficiency, both spoken and writtenPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with SAP ERP systems and integration with data solutionsExperience working with manufacturing KPIs, statistical process control, or Six Sigma conceptsExposure to predictive modeling and machine learning pipelinesUnderstanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and KanbanBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR CORNINGWhat we offer?
