What matters most is your drive, resilience, curiosity, and eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow with the team.About this vacancyAs a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and assess technical talent across a variety of disciplines.Your responsibilities will include:Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative channelsBuild and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for commissioning, electrical, mechanical, and data center projectsConducting initial candidate outreach and screening interviewsAssessing candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fitClose partnering with business managersManaging candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Keeping up with hiring trends and talent market developments in the U.S.
