Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain OperationsThis role is within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications group.
A successful incumbent is expected to
(i) Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support applications that enable Supply Chain Operations business processes, focused on SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM), SAP MII, and related applications, and
(ii) Understand business processes and document business requirements.
Requires Minimum 3 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration, Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM) including hands-on configuration, Minimum 3 years working with business processes related to Supply Chain Operations such as MRP, Raw Material Procurement, Manufacturing Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution, Kanban, JIT, Quality Inspection, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support applications that enable Supply Chain Operations business processes, focused on SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM), SAP MII, and related applicationsUnderstand business processes and document business requirementsDefine and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and follow best practicesCollaborate with application developers to create functional specifications for custom developmentCreate test cases for business processes and system functions; execute tests; analyze and resolve defectsCollaborate with business stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; support training deliverySupport production systems; proactively work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; resolve end user service requests; participate in production support processes including identification of issue severity, root cause, and path to resolutionIdentify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes,

Solid data analysis skills and ability to translate business reporting needs into specific requirements and report designs.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders; collaborate effectively.Ability to estimate work efforts consistently and accurately; manages own time to meet estimates and project deadlinesCommunicates clearly in both written and verbal communications; able to explain technical solutions to a business person.Other:Able to travel occasionally domestically
