If you like precision, love being that dependable go-to person, and you take pride in doing things right, this one's for you.What you'll be doingProcess monthly payroll for US & Canada payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timelinessCollaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll dataMaintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposesRespond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional mannerAssist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviewsMonitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local lawsAdhere to our team's KPIs and SLAsPitching in with process improvements – we love people who say "Hey,
