Role Overview We're recruiting Mexican Spanish generalist speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing.
You'll participate in phone calls and live interaction testing to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent.
What You'll Do Make outbound/inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior
Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided
Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience No domain expertise required—generalist perspective is exactly what we need
Schedule & Compensation Duration: 1-2 weeks Daily Commitment: 1-3 hours per day Start Date: Immediate Requirements Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker
Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
