This position is idóneo for a senior marketing manager who combines deep HubSpot administration mastery and financial direct-response copywriting with daily AI automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities CRM Architecture & Funnel Management Rebuilds and maintains the HubSpot pipeline framework—establishing lifecycle stages, automated workflows, lead scoring, and source attribution so 100% of new leads enter the system properly tracked.Eliminates fragmented tracking systems and delivers weekly funnel scorecards (leads, meetings booked, meetings held, commitments, and funded capital) for executive review.Integrates HubSpot workflows with AI and automation tools (e.g., Zapier/Make, HubSpot Breeze) to optimize lead routing, list hygiene, and follow-up triggers.
