About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Video Editor to join a fast-growing U.S.-based DTC/e-commerce brand.
This role is adecuado for an editor who understands that great paid social creative is not only about making content look polished — it’s about capturing attention, maintaining engagement, and driving conversions.
You’ll work primarily with scripts, creator/UGC footage, product content, B-roll, and existing assets to produce high-performing short-form ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
You’ll also have visibility into creative performance, allowing you to understand what works, iterate on winning concepts, and continuously improve your edits based on real results.

What You’ll Do

Video Editing & Performance Creative
- Edit short-form, direct-response video ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
- Turn scripts, creator footage, UGC, product footage, and B-roll into compelling visual narratives
- Create strong hooks, re-hooks,



pacing, transitions, captions, and visual patterns designed to maintain viewer attention
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple variations for testing
- Source and organize relevant B-roll and stock footage
- Edit content according to platform-specific formats and best practices
- Use creative performance insights to iterate and improve future edits

Graphic Design & Creative Assets
- Create marketing graphics, thumbnails, and supporting visual assets
- Work with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Apply strong fundamentals in typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy

Creative & Project Management
- Organize footage, creator content, and finished assets using established file-management systems
- Track assignments, deadlines, and project status using project management tools
- Follow naming conventions and asset organization protocols
- Communicate proactively about timelines,
