What will you do?
- Support manufacturing improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Currently Studying a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, graduating in December 2027 or later.
- Communicate in English, spoken and written.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing,



process improvement, and industrial engineering concepts.
- Strong initiative, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
