Role Objective

The Marketing Manager is an individual contributor responsible for executing the firm's marketing initiatives under the direction of marketing leadership. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - the person in this seat is the operational engine of the marketing function, translating strategic direction into day-to-day campaigns, content, and initiatives. Campaign & Content Execution

- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels in alignment with direction from marketing leadership.
- Manage content production, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery across all channels.
- Manage content calendars and ensure all channels are updated and active on schedule.
- Review content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before publication.
- Monitor campaign performance and report results to marketing leadership on a regular basis.

Cross-Functional Coordination
