Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across the facility
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to support operational continuity
- Ensure the reliability and availability of motors,



Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), process instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control systems
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and plant performance
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures
- Manage calibration activities and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and energy utilization across the operation
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning activities, and startup initiatives
- Maintain electrical documentation, control system records, instrumentation databases, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), while providing technic
