Responsible for the proper installation, use, and application of equipment utilized in the plant, with a continuous focus on quality, safety, cost, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment.
- Provide direct support in equipment selection, installation, and startup/commissioning.
- Develop technical training programs for building maintenance personnel.
- Continuously monitor and supervise critical equipment.
- Perform failure analysis and diagnose problems.
- Analyze performance indicator reports, including:
- Downtime
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Costs
- Support other service departments in failure analysis.
- Comply with and enforce all provisions of the TPI Internal Work Regulations.
- Promote and ensure compliance with TPI’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach through risk-based thinking, supporting and continuously improving Management Systems processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
such as:
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, including:
- Maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- Compressor maintenance.
- Dust collection system maintenance.
- Maintenance of high- and low-voltage electrical installations.
- Maintenance of overhead cranes and mobile equipment.
- Results-oriented.
- Leadership.
- Equipment failure analysis and problem diagnosis.
- Motivated mindset.
- Effective communication.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
