Housecall Pro is seeking a Specialist, Onboarding to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our Pros and to guide early adoption of our platform. You’ll own the onboarding journey, activate accounts, answer questions, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to deliver value.
You will be the primary point of contact during the critical post-enrollment window, helping Pros realize value quickly with empathy, problem solving, and clear communication.
