You will lead Pro-Launch activities, implement the Eaton Lean System, and mentor teams in lean tools to reduce waste and boost productivity.The role requires 5–8 years in CI within manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of 5S, VSM, Kaizen, and data analysis.
A Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree and bilingual English/Spanish are required; ERP/finance
