What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for support customer service and delivery activities by coordinating and directing teams tasked with shipping, receiving, and storage of goods. They focus on order fulfilment and supply chain coordination, as well as personnel management.

You will be responsible for

Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers by updating client’s product database and handling requests efficiently.
Coordinate and complete all mid to high volume shipments for customs clearance on different customs ports of entry/outcome and ensure process flow based on best practices per shipment type Land.
Prepare Customs entries and documentation., Conduct tariff research and classification of goods to comply with Canadian,



Mexican and US customs regulations (as applicable).
Review, verify and document entry errors by updating applicable system.
Act as liaison between CBP, CSCB or Mexican Customs and operations to ensure compliance with each country applicable regulations.
Identify potential challenges/risks and solve problems efficiently or work with Leaders for a solution.
Foster a fast paced culture leading by example in terms of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Prioritize and manage the team multiple and personal tasks to meet KPI's and deadlines.

Leadership Responsibilities

Ability to manage a group of 5 to 10 employees
Assist with performance evaluations for direct reports
Assign tasks to team members
Assists with training and guidance of direct reports
Monitor work volumes of direct reports
Supervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules
