Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Strategic Sourcing Partner, Product & Engineering to drive top-of-funnel talent strategy across critical Product and Engineering functions, including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Product Management, AI/ML, and other technical roles.

This role is focused on talent market mapping, proactive pipelining, and engagement of passive candidates. The adecuado candidate brings deep expertise in technical talent markets, understands evolving engineering skillsets, and excels at identifying and attracting top-tier talent ahead of demand. You will partner closely with recruiters, TA leaders, engineering leaders, and product stakeholders to shape talent strategies and ensure strong, diverse pipelines for current and future hiring needs.





This is a pipeline-first role focused on proactive sourcing, early-stage candidate screening, and talent market strategy, not full-cycle recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth research on technical talent markets, including emerging skill trends (e.g., cloud-native, AI/ML, DevOps, cybersecurity)
- Identify key talent pools, competitor landscapes, and niche technical communities
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks to inform workforce planning

Advanced Sourcing Strategy
- Design and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies targeting highly specialized technical talent
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and talent mapping techniques
- Engage in creative sourcing approaches, including open-source communities, tec
