The Opportunity:

The Finance Business Partners Senior Professional is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and optimizing functional and corporate costs across the US organization. This role serves as a key business partner to corporate function leaders, providing financial insights, cost transparency, budgeting and forecasting support, and performance analysis to drive effective decision-making and resource allocation. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, strong cost governance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

How you´ll made an impact:
- Partner with functional leaders to manage operating expenses and achieve financial targets.
- Lead monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for corporate and local functions.
- Analyze vigente results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance,



identifying risks and cost saving opportunities.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for corporate and local functions.
- Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions to support cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor headcount, contractor spend, and discretionary expenses.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Experience supporting corporate or shared service functions.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP prefe
