IDR is seeking a SOC Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Monterrey, Mexico.
This role involves monitoring and analyzing security threats within a 24/7 general SOC environment, supporting incident response, and collaborating with international teams to ensure security posture integrity.
Position Overview for the SOC Analyst: The SOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring security alerts, investigating suspicious activity, and responding to security incidents.
They will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires clear communication and teamwork, often liaising with global security teams.

Requirements for the SOC Analyst : 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity monitoring or alert triage.
Foundational networking knowledge, including IP addresses, routing, and traffic analysis.




Strong spoken English skills for quick and effective communication.
Ability to write clear, concise incident notes and document investigations.
Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Splunk or other security monitoring platforms.
