understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutionsCollaborate with local branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and shared successGenerate and manage your own leads, guiding them through the entire sales cycleTravel up to 50% across assigned multi-market territories to meet with prospective clients and drive market growthIdeal Candidate3–5 years of experience in outside sales; staffing or service industry experience is a plusExcellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasiveKnowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logisticsProven ability to build and grow strong client relationshipsAdaptable, strategic, and results-focusedWhy Join Us?
