DescriptionWe Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance.We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise inperformance marketingto join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:Manage and optimize advertising campaigns acrossAmazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Walmart Connect, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok Shop & Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, You Tube, Performance Max), Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads, and other retail media channels ;Help drive growth and visibility acrossFaire and other marketplace platforms ;ImproveTACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitabilitythrough keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, campaign restructuring, and continuous testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies;Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets, monitor inventory levels, and adjust advertising spend accordingly;Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), repeat purchase behavior, lifetime value (LTV), competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities;Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards, report on channel performance,
