Purpose Statement:Negotiate lowest total cost of ownership supply side component contracts for assigned commodities.Support sites in achieving customer satisfaction with associated cost, quality, delivery, and working capital.Key Job Accountabilities:* Prepare and execute RFQs: Contribute to the General u**** Regional Request for Quote (RFQ) Process, including quoting and repricing efforts, to contribute to cost reduction with a focus on lowest total cost.
* Deliver site material escalation support through the parts expediting process (Plexpedite).
Take swift action on part shortages so our manufacturing sites have the right parts to meet our customersu**** needs.
* Perform Plexus agreement loading, review, and maintenance to ensure continuity of supply.
* Maintain data integrity by being detail oriented and tech savvy.Ensure clean data management to safeguard the operational metrics, which allow for quality decision making and management.
* Optimize business processes with a LEAN mindset and an eye for continuous improvement.Drive out waste and downtime from sourcing tools,



processes and systems to increase team productivity and value.
*Education/Experience Qualifications:* Requires a Bacheloru****s degree.Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.Other Qualifications:* Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence* Strong experience driving KPIs* Demonstrated commodity management expertise* Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization* Strong data analysis and Decision-making capabilities* Continuous improvement mindset* Project management experiencePhysical Requirements:* Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.Travel Requirements:
