you will be in charge of the pre-acceptance of Tool & Equipment at the plant (until green MPT or end of contract):- Support and follow production trials performed at plant- Define & lead the convergence plan in case of target gaps- Follow-up the final acceptance of Tooling & Equipment at the plant (until SOP or end of contract):- Monitors T&E; and associated process performance in the plant through the daily KPIs reported by the plant- Ensure conformity of the produced part versus the product specifications, through process parameters optimization.
- Support appearance approval for the engineering team (on virgin and aged parts).
- Follow-up convergence plan until the final acceptance or end of contract**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- **Strong knowledge of molding and interpretation of Mold Flow**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the Automotive industry (preferred).
**At least 5 years of experience****Experience in Robot SEPRO Programming is highly desirable.
